Start a Return or Exchange

If you need to return or exchange your BearVault, please ensure it meets the criteria below.

Returns

We accept returns within 45 days of the delivery date of your BearVault.

What Can Be Returned

For a full product refund, the item must be returned in new condition, with all packaging and contents in a new, resellable condition, and with no signs of damage, wear, or use. Items that are not in new condition may be issued a partial refund, or no refund, at our discretion.

Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Return shipping charges will be deducted from the total refund amount. We do not accept items COD.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled and fully refunded prior to shipment. If you need to cancel an order, email or call us as quickly as possible.

We ship multiple times a day, so there is no guarantee that a cancellation will come in prior to shipment, even on the same day.

Once shipped, items must be delivered before a customer can begin our return process.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Please note that under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification of your cancellation, or, if later, once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back to us.

This right applies to all items purchased through our store, with certain exceptions such as digital products, perishable goods, sealed personal hygiene products, and personalized items, as set forth in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
