The BearVault Military Discount and Pro Deal Program supports professionals who work, teach, guide, and protect the outdoors, as well as active duty military personnel and veterans.
We offer pro-deal pricing to qualified applicants working in industries connected to backcountry travel, outdoor education, conservation, and wild places.
Eligible applicants include:
- Outdoor retail employees of stores that carry BearVault products
- Employees of outdoor gear brands participating in pro-deal reciprocity programs
- Forest Service and National Park staff
- Trail crews and trail and wildlife management personnel
- Backpacking guides and wilderness trip leaders
- Search and Rescue personnel
- Wildland firefighters
- Active duty military personnel
- Veterans
How to Apply
To apply, please submit your application using an email sent from your professional or company email address. If you don’t have one, please submit:
- Proof of employment or professional affiliation. Ex. a current employee ID, pay stub, certification, or similar documentation
Applications are reviewed by a BearVault team member, and approval is not guaranteed.

- Access is valid for one discounted item per year
- Applicants must reapply annually
